the lakeside view was almost lovely, except for the discomfort of the sofa bed—how hard is it for hotels to understand our needs? also, with a family member needing extra comfort, you'd think they'd provide additional towels! i almost thought this place was decent but just couldn’t get past these glaring oversights. really disappointing.

I loved the spacious lakeside room with a lovely balcony and the convenience of having Hayden's Restaurant right downstairs—breakfast was delicious! The hotel offers a cozy heated pool and a nice leisure room for unwinding after a long day. My only hiccup was that the fridge froze my snacks, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience. 😊

great location with a few minor quirks
The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby. I appreciated the relaxing lakeside view from my balcony, which provided a peaceful backdrop with ducks and Canadian geese. The staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and accommodating, making my check-in process smooth and easy.
However, the fridge in my room froze my snacks, which was a bit frustrating.
